		<description>Yes I agree. Attitude when shopping is key.  It&#039;s just like getting dressed and going out for the day with the clothes you already own.  If you feel confident, it will show.  If you don&#039;t feel good about yourself, do not go shopping.  The whole day will consist of you looking in the mirror, trying on a rediculous amount of apparel, and putting yourself down until you break out into tears from all of the self-criticism.
And another great tip is not to go out and eat before going shopping.  Especially if you plan on trying on pants!</description>

		<description>I always have bad shopping days :)  Not that I don&#039;t like shopping, but normally when I do go it&#039;s alone so I don&#039;t have feedback and I miss out on the shopping with the friends experience.  I often don&#039;t find anything, but that&#039;s more because I don&#039;t want to spend a lot of money on close rather than I don&#039;t think anything looks good.  Either way, it&#039;s best to go shopping when you&#039;re in the mood for it instead of when your already feeling down or exhausted.</description>
